Terms of Service

Effective and last updated: July 1, 2026

1. Acceptance and operator

This service is provided by the Deck Terminator operator. By accessing, registering for or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept them.

2. Service

Deck Terminator provides AI-assisted presentation generation, extension, beautification, preview and export. Features depend on third-party cloud, model, authentication, storage and payment providers and may change over time.

3. Account responsibility

You must provide a valid email and protect access to sign-in links and your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Your content

You retain rights you lawfully hold in uploaded content. You grant us and necessary providers a limited right to process, store and transmit it solely to provide, secure and support the service. You must have authority to upload the content.

5. Acceptable use

You may not violate law or third-party rights, bypass controls or billing, disrupt the platform, introduce malicious code, obtain unauthorized access, or use the service for fraud or unlawful content.

6. AI output and review

AI output may contain factual errors, omissions or unsuitable designs. You must review facts, data, citations, rights and compliance before use. Output is not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.

7. Intellectual property

The platform, interface, brand and documentation are protected by intellectual property law. Rights in generated output depend on applicable law, input rights and third-party terms; exclusivity is not guaranteed.

8. Plans and payment

Features may be limited by credit balance, concurrency or rate. Stripe processes credit purchases. Prices, credit amounts and payment status are shown at checkout. Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law; failed generation jobs may receive platform credit refunds.

9. Availability and termination

We use reasonable efforts to operate the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or permanent availability. We may restrict accounts that breach these terms, threaten security or create legal risk.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available. We disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use, AI output, data loss or third-party services.

11. Changes and disputes

We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Applicable law and dispute procedures depend on the parties' locations, relationship and mandatory law. The parties should first seek a good-faith negotiated resolution.
