This policy explains how the Deck Terminator operator collects, uses, shares, stores and protects information when you use the service.

• Account email, user identifier, authentication state and data scope.
• Uploaded material, task instructions, confirmations, generated output and project records.
• Task status, logs, errors, model and token usage.
• Credit purchases, credit transactions, payment customer identifiers and payment status. Stripe processes full payment card details; we do not store them directly.
• Essential session cookies and basic security diagnostics.

We use information to authenticate users, isolate data, generate and deliver presentations, enforce credit limits, process payments, secure and troubleshoot the service, answer support requests and comply with law.

To provide and maintain the service, we may engage third-party providers for necessary functions such as authentication, data storage, cloud computing, artificial intelligence processing, and payment processing. We provide only the information necessary for those functions and require providers to apply reasonable security and privacy safeguards under applicable law and contractual obligations.

We may also disclose necessary information to comply with law, protect users or the platform, investigate security incidents, or complete a business reorganization. We do not sell personal information.

Provider infrastructure may be located outside your country or region. Information may therefore be transferred across regions as necessary to provide the service.

• New uploads not saved to My materials are deleted after task success or failure; abandoned temporary uploads are retained for no more than 24 hours before cleanup.
• Files explicitly saved to My materials remain until you request deletion or close the account.
• Presentation templates uploaded to My templates remain available for reuse until you request deletion or close the account.
• Reused library files are not deleted when one task finishes.
• Projects, output, logs, usage and account records are retained as needed for service, billing, security and legal obligations.

We use essential cookies to maintain authentication and request security. We do not currently use cookies for behavioral advertising or cross-site tracking.

We use access controls, row-level security, private storage, signed URLs, isolated task containers and secret management. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction and object to processing. We may verify your account before acting on a request.

The service is designed for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children.
