Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Deck Terminator operator collects, uses, shares, stores and protects information when you use the service.

We process account and authentication data; uploaded documents, screenshots, PDFs, PPTX files and templates; task instructions, confirmations and output; operational logs and usage; credit and payment identifiers; essential security diagnostics; and signup-context data. We do not store search queries or create an anonymous cross-site identifier for attribution. Source files used by free PDF merging, page editing, permanent redaction, image-to-PDF conversion and region OCR are not uploaded. Full-document OCR uploads its source to create a searchable PDF. Only a final file you explicitly save from a free tool is uploaded.

We use information to authenticate users, isolate data, provide generation, visual recreation, PPTX translation, previews and downloads, enforce credit limits, process payments, secure and troubleshoot the service, answer support requests and comply with law.

We may engage necessary providers for authentication, storage, cloud computing, artificial intelligence processing and payments. We share only what is necessary and require reasonable safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the platform, investigate incidents or complete a business reorganization. We do not sell personal information.

Provider infrastructure may be located outside your country or region, so information may be transferred across regions as necessary to provide the service.

Unsaved new uploads are deleted after task completion or failure, while abandoned temporary uploads are cleaned up within 24 hours. Saved materials and templates remain until deletion or account closure. Projects, output, logs, usage and account records are retained as needed for service, billing, security and legal obligations.

We use essential cookies to maintain authentication and request security. We do not currently use cookies for behavioral advertising or cross-site tracking.

We use access controls, row-level security, private storage, signed URLs, isolated task containers and secret management. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction and object to processing. We may verify your account before acting on a request.

The service is designed for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children.
